Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS, PROCESSING TIME & RATES FOR A TYPICAL ORDER?

  • Ground Service, Express and Next Day. 

  • Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST Monday – Friday will begin processing the same day. 

  • Orders received after 12:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

  •  Orders placed on weekends or observed holidays will be processed on the next business day. Observed holidays include: New Years Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, & Boxing Day.    

  • Ground orders are shipped via Canada Post with a non-refundable flat fee of $7.95

  • Express and Next Day orders are shipped via Canada Post with a non-refundable flat fee of $15.50 for Express shipping and $25 for Next Day shipping. All expedited shipping orders adhere to 1-2 business day processing times. The time frame for the shipment will begin when the carrier picks up your order for delivery.

  • For Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut: transit times may be unpredictable and could require 5–10 additional days

 

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?

  •  We will send a shipment confirmation to the email you placed the order with as soon as we have finished processing your order.
  •  If you place an order after the cutoff time, you may experience a delay between the shipment confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order.
  •  Our shipping carriers do not pick up packages from our facilities on weekends or postal holidays.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

  • If an item is currently out of stock, we will cancel the item and remove it from your order.
  • You will receive an email notifying you the order has changed.

 

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, MY ORDER IS MISSING ITEMS, OR MY SHIPMENT IS LATE? 

  • Title and risk of loss of all items purchased from Tweezerman.ca or Tweezermanpet.ca pass to you, the buyer, when Tweezerman delivers the items to a delivery carrier.  Any claims for loss or damage must be presented to the carrier, not Tweezerman.
  • If you are still having a problem after speaking to the carrier, please contact us at cs@tweezerman.com with your name and order number and a customer care representative will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

  • No. Currently, we ship exclusively within Canada.
